Our 60-Day Promise
We stand behind the quality of our products. However, we understand that sometimes an item might not be exactly what you were looking for. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 60 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Refund Processing & Timeframe
Once we receive your returned item(s) at our facility, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. After approval, your refund will be processed. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly indicated on the product page. If you have any questions about whether a specific item is returnable, please contact us before making your purchase.
